Fees for our services are provided at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement.

All payments are:

Non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

Due according to the agreed billing cycle

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide reliable and effective Voice AI services, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including increased sales, leads, or customer satisfaction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, technology, and materials provided by Say Savvy AI are owned by or licensed to PAD360 LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our services without written permission.

9. Data and Privacy

9A. SMS and Messaging Communications

Description of SMS Use Cases

Say Savvy AI may support SMS or messaging functionality as part of its communication systems when configured by a business. These messages may include, but are not limited to:

Responses to customer-initiated inquiries

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Follow-up messages related to existing customer interactions

Operational or service-related notifications

Say Savvy AI does not provide third-party marketing messages, promotional campaigns, or lead generation messaging.

Consent & Responsibility

Businesses using Say Savvy AI are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required consent from their customers before sending SMS or automated messages, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar state or federal laws.

Say Savvy AI does not independently collect consent on behalf of its customers.

Opt-Out Instructions

All SMS messages sent using Say Savvy AI systems must include clear opt-out instructions.

Recipients may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP.
Upon receiving an opt-out request, messaging to that number will cease in accordance with applicable carrier and regulatory requirements.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on the recipient’s mobile carrier and plan.
Say Savvy AI is not responsible for any charges incurred by message recipients.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.

Delivery of SMS messages is subject to carrier availability, network conditions, and compliance with applicable carrier policies.

9b. Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before using Voice AI, call recording, or automated communications.

We do not share your personal data/information (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone. etc) to any Third party vendor or company.

We may disclose your information when required by law/Government or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or that of others.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms or providers. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law,

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification
